1 Dead, 1 Injured In Double Shooting
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that killed one and injured another.
It happened just before 2 a.m. Monday in the unit block of S. Mount.
Police say two Hispanic males were found shot in the torso and the head. Oscar Torres, 16, was later pronounced dead. The other person was taken to the hospital where he remains in critical condition.
