Woman Shot And Killed Over Drugs In Dallas, Man Arrested

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas police have arrested a man who shot and killed a 56-year-old woman during a drug deal.

Police say Louis Norbert, 25 is charged with murder.

It happened around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at an apartment on 8401 Skillman Street.

Police say a witness, who threw hot water on the suspect, helped police identify and ultimately find Norbert.

Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument in which the suspect was wanting a line of credit to purchase drugs from the victim.
