DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is finally in a good mood after getting his team back to full-strength, and breaking a 7-game losing streak.

With the team working on a short week after a victory Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, it will be a quick turn-around to face the undefeated Carolina Panthers on Thanksgiving day. But Jones thinks if the Cowboys are going to have a chance at reaching the playoffs...the time is now.

With QB Tony Romo and WR Dez Bryant back in the mix, "We've got a chance to put our best team on the field against Carolina" Jones told 105.3 The Fan on his weekly radio show.

"We've got a tremendous challenge this weekend" said Jones. "And through the last six games . On the other hand - it's not a fantasy either. I thought that against Miami we put the best team on the field that we've put on there this year - period."

And Jones' 'best team' comments are not just because Romo and Dez were back. There were a host of other standouts for the Cowboys.

"One of the most coach-able players I've been around is Terrance Williams." said Jones. "He'll do everything he can to do it the right way."

"McFadden is a joy to have on the football team. He is the definition of a strong teammate. He's all man!" said Jones.

And despite his recent injury issues, Jones acknowledged Rolando McClain saying "He's really hitting his stride - he truly is a great, without exaggeration, football player when he's got it all together."
