WATCH: Texas Archbishop Takes To Skies To Bless City

SAN ANTONIO (CBSDFW.COM) - An archbishop in Texas took to the skies Monday in order to give a special blessing to a city.
During a flyover, Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller gave a blessing from above to the city of San Antonio.
The flight was called "Mission: Hope," and it was done in partnership with the Tex Hill Wing of the Commemorative Air Force.
