Mike Myers brought a Scottish brogue to the voice of Shrek in all the Shrek films, but he actually replaced someone.
The first choice: Chris Farley.
He actually had recorded most of the lines as Shrek before he died. But he didn't get to finish the film. The producers scrapped everything and started over with Mike Myers.
The Viral Video is sketch drawings of Shrek and Donkey, with Chris Farley as the voice of Shrek and Eddie Murphy is still Donkey.
