GARLAND (CBSDFW.COM) - Garland police say the teen killed in a one-car crash was the one behind the wheel.

15-year-old Angel Blancas died when he lost control and hit a utility pole.  Two other teenaged boys with him were also injured.

It happened in the 3300 block of West Walnut Street shortly before 5:30 a.m. Sunday.

The investigation has also revealed that speed and alcohol may have been factors in the cause of the crash.
