UNT Student Found Dead In Her Apartment

DENTON, TX (CBSDFW.COM) - Denton Police are investigating the death of a University of North Texas, whose body was found in her room Saturday morning.
The 21-year-old woman's body was found inside her Denton apartment. She was found in her bed by the apartment manager, according to police.

Police say they don't suspect foul play, but due to the investigation being in the early stages they haven't ruled anything out.
Around 11:30 am police received a call the apartment manger after a neighbor at the Castle Rock Apartments complained about an odor coming from the unit.

Right now, officials are trying to pinpoint exactly how and when the UNT student died.
They believe her body was lying in her room for several days without anyone knowing anything.

There were no signs of forced entry or obvious signs of trauma to the victim's body.
