DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The former Uber driver who is accused of raping one of his passengers is apparently headed back to jail.

This afternoon papers were filed for Judge Gracie Lewis to hold the bond for 56-year old Talal Chammout be insufficient after he tested positive for alcohol use.

Chammout was arrested last month after a woman said he followed her into her Oak Cliff home, hit her in the head, then began sexually assaulting her.

Chammout's bond had been set at a $250,000 with several conditions, one of them being he could not have alcohol.

Court documents say at a hearing Wednesday Chammout admitted he had been drinking, just five days after getting out of jail on bond.
