Two Men Arrested In Connection To Arlington Man's Death

JOHNSON COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - Two men were arrested in the case of man who was found dead near Alvarado Sunday night.

Antonio Galvan, 45, of Arlington was found adjacent to a deep hand-dug grave measuring approximately 6 foot in length, 3 foot in width and 4.5 feet in depth. Galvan had dirt from the grave thrown over part of his body.

Galvan's stepson, Adan Gaona, 32, was charged with murder and tampering with evidence, according to deputies. He is in the Johnson County Jail on a $150,000 bond for a single murder charge and a $50,000 bond for the tampering with evidence charge.

Another man, Russell Lutz, 60, was also charged with tampering with evidence. His bond is set at $50,000.

Both men also face multiple drug charges as a result of a large marijuana operation discovered on the property and Gaona is also facing Unauthorized Use Of A Motor Vehicle charges.

The Johnson County District Attorney's Office, the Texas Rangers and Search One Rescue Unit assisted the investigation of the case.
