PETERSON'S APOLOGY
Minnesota Viking Adrian Peterson released a lengthy statement-- about his child abuse charges, and it's getting a lot of reaction online.
It's the first time we have heard from him since he was indicted for what he described as a "whooping" of his 4-year-old son.
The lengthy statement includes an apology, and we asked CBS 11 viewers on our Facebook page what you think about his apology?
Tiffany Elayne wrote, "I can accept the apology. But he still beat his four year old son and left (visible) marks. Let the punishment fit the crime and be age appropriate. And what could a four year old do to warrant this type of beating??"
Michael draper posted, "Hey that is what is wrong with people these days. The man just disciplined his kid. Leave him alone. I had the back of my fathers hands, belts, and paddles to discipline me and I turned out OK."

KANYE WEST NOT SORRY FOR DEMANDING OVATION
Kanye West is slamming the media for covering a story about his demand for a standing ovation during his Australian tour.
Last week, Kanye demanded everyone stand up at his concert in Sydney, Australia last week, making for a very uncomfortable moment for a couple of his handicapped fans.
Only when Kanye confirmed that those fans weren't standing because they weren't physically able -- did he continue the show.
The story blew up over the weekend -- and kanye took time at his show in Brisbane to blame the media.
During his five minute rant, he went on to say the media should pick another target -- and there are more important stories to cover.
