As the massive Thanksgiving crowd hits DFW Airport, a union demonstration will be taking place right outside the main doors.

Members of the Transport Workers Union are holding an informational picket outside Terminal D, targeting Envoy Air and its parent, American Airlines.

Employees of the regional carrier want the company to renegotiate some of the concessions they made in their two-year collective bargaining agreement. The airline says it's in full compliance and is not in a position to renegotiate.

TWU Local 575 President Roy Nichols says the workers are simply looking for respect.

Nichols says it's frustrating that despite Envoy's new-found success, its workers are not being recognized.
