DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Internal Affairs is investigating three Dallas police officers for their alleged comments about a controversial picture posted on social media.
According to reports, the image (shown above) of a mock hanging of a man in blackface was taken during an office party in Russia.
The Black Police Association of Greater Dallas said some local officers commented on the picture indicating they thought it was humorous -- and anyone offended was too senstive.
All three officers remain on regular duty during the investigation.
