FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Tropical Depression Bill continues to inch northward on Wednesday morning with sustained winds of 35 mph.

Expect moderate to heavy rain bands throughout Wednesday morning. Use caution on the roadways due to ponding.

The leading edge continues to push north through Denton County and Collin County. Rain chances are at 100 percent during the early morning commute.

We are also under a Flash Flood Watch throughout Wednesday. The watch will be lifted at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. We are expecting 2-4 inches of rain just on Wednesday morning.

Here is a look at Bill's track. It will pass through the Metroplex at around 1:00 p.m. but the effects will be felt well before and after.

Flash flooding is the biggest threat, but a brief spin-up tornado cannot be ruled out. There is a higher chance for an
isolated tornado for our eastern counties.

Rain chances stick around for the next few days.
