Texas Rep. Will Hurd Calls Wall "Least Affective" Border Security Measure

NEW YORK (CBS NEWS) - As the partial government shutdown is in day 28 with no talks planned to break the stalemate over funding for President Trump's border wall, Republican Congressman Will Hurd is calling on a solution to U.S. border security with an emphasis on technology — not a physical barrier.
