SAN ANTONIO (AP) - A Jason's Deli employee in San Antonio has been fired after taking photos of a woman breastfeeding her 2-month-old son inside the restaurant.

Company spokeswoman Madison Boozer says the employee was fired because he violated the company's social media policy. She says Jason's Deli supports a woman's right to breastfeed. The employee's name hasn't been released.

Twenty-two-year-old Jamie Gustasfon says she was at the restaurant last week when she caught the man taking the photos. She says he criticized her for breastfeeding in public.

Gustasfon says her sister filed a police report after the restaurant's manager said the employee wouldn't be disciplined.
