Teen Seriously Injured In Balch Springs Hit-And-Run

BALCH SPRINGS (CBSDFW.COM) - Balch Springs Police are still looking for whomever drove over a curb and struck a 15-year-old who was walking in a grassy area Saturday night.

The teen suffered serious injuries.

It happened around 11:15 p.m. in the 11100 block of Elam Road, Balch Springs.

Investigators say they've determined the vehicle involved is a 2003-2006 Ford Expedition.  They aren't sure of the color.

The SUV is believed to have sustained front-end passenger side damage and possibly got a flat tire.

Police say they're reviewing video.  They have not released any video to the media at this time.
