MCKINNEY (CBSDFW.COM) - A teacher from Evans Middle School in McKinney, who has been accused of having sex with a student, was no-billed by a Collin County grand jury on Thursday.

Sharon Hoskison taught social studies at the school, but had been on administrative leave during the investigation into those allegations, according to the McKinney Indpendent School District. Officials have since confirmed that Hoskison is no longer employed by the district.

Hoskison surrendered to authorities after the accusations surfaced in February 2014.

According to court papers, Hoskison used Facebook to continue a relationship with a former student over the summer of 2013, after the student had already left Evans Middle School.

The student even told investigators that he would babysit Hoskison's kids on occasion.
