McKINNEY (CBSDFW.COM) - McKinney Police arrested a man after getting a call from someone in the 900 block of Parkwood Court last week about him driving slow in the neighborhood and appearing to be writing things down.

Henry Harrell, 52, was arrested for the traffic violations of driving with an invalid license and failing to maintain financial responsibility.

Police say Harrell told officers he was writing down house numbers to later mail out flyers offering tree-trimming services.

During a search of Harrell's vehicle before impounding it, officers found what appeared to be a "burglary kit" containing a black airsoft/bb pistol, black ski mask, blue swimming eye goggles, and a tan panty hose mask.

The items were taken into evidence for further investigation.

On August 23, McKinney Police found out Harrell had an active aggravated robbery parole violation.
