Suspect Turns Self In To Dallas Police For Murder

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The suspect in a Dallas murder investigation turned himself in to the police Sunday.

20-year-old Marque Townsend was arrested for the murder of 23-year-old Jimmy Davis.

Davis was found at the 2800 block of E. Ledbetter Drive late Friday night with multiple gunshot wounds.

Police said David was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

Townsend is being held in Dallas County jail on a $100,000 bond.
