Stray Bullet Hits Fort Worth Woman As She Drives

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A woman was shot while driving through Southeast Fort Worth.
Fort Worth police think the victim may have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Police are trying to figure out who was involved in the fight.
According to police, witnesses say, the argument started in a parking lot and then spilled over into the street.
The argument got out of hand and shots were fired.
The victim was shot as she drove past a group of people arguing in the street.
Police do not believe the victim was involved in the altercation.
Authorities do not have any information available on the suspect(s).
By the time police were on the scene of the shooting all involved had fled the scene.
The woman was transported to an area hospital for treatment with non-life threatening injuries.
The number of times she was shot and her condition is unknown.
