Shan's Blog: Lebron Wants Cowboys To Draft Manziel, Tells Romo How To Silence The Haters

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Who can fix the Dallas Cowboys? The most famous owner in sports hasn't been able to, but what about their most famous fan?

I went to the AAC Tuesday night to speak with Lebron about his beloved Cowboys, advice for Tony Romo shutting up his critics and if he wants the Boys to draft his boy Johnny Manziel.

Would you like to see your Cowboys get Johnny Manziel?

"That would be great."
Even with Romo here? "That would be great. It's a winning franchise and Johnny Football is an unbelievable football player."

Advice for Tony Romo dealing with the pressure and shutting up all the critics:

"Just don't care what everybody thinks. You work on your craft and at the end of the day if you went out there and gave it all you had and you laid it on the line for you and your teammates, yo can sleep comfortably at night. Don't watch ESPN and all these people who've never put on a uniform that's trying to tell you what to do. It's not about that. I think Tony's at a point now in his career where he's one of the great quarterbacks we have in our game and it's because of HIS work ethic. Nobody woke him up in the morning to go to practice. Nobody told him to go to OTA's, no one told him stay after practice and throw with his receivers. Just go out there and do it. We all make mistakes, but if you work on your game you can live with that."

Reaction to Mt. Rushmore talk and Shawn Marion not including you on his list:

"I really don't care what people say or what people think. Once again, it was blown out of context. When it's all said and done, I feel like I can be one of the greatest to ever play this game and I won't sell myself short. It doesn't matter what Shawn Marion says or anybody says about the way I play the game of basketball."

Is Dirk's fadeaway an iconic NBA shot?

"You always look in NBA history at unguardable shots and that's one of them. A seven-footer fading away from the basket and being able to have as much accuracy as he has, that puts you in that category of MJ's fadeaway and Kareem's skyhook."

Is Dallas a free-agent destination?

"I don't know. I never talked about it with anybody so I have no idea."
