Fort Worth Police Find Missing 10-Year-Old Joseph Brandenburg Safe

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - The overnight and morning search for a missing 10-year-old boy has ended with good news.

The boy, whose name is Joseph Brandenburg, was reported missing late in the evening on May 18 from their home in the 10000 block of Lone Eagle Drive, just west of Loop 820.

CBS 11 News learned that police arrived at the home after being called by the boy's parents and spent some time searching for the boy. Just before the lunch hour officials sent notice that Joseph had been found safe.

An Amber Alert was never issued for Joseph, which may be an indication police didn't believe he was abducted or was in immediate danger.
