"They don't know, but if they've ever had a good piece of fish then they would know the difference" said owner of the Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grille in Plano, Rick Oruch.
He brings in fresh fish from both coasts and the gulf daily. "With Fed-Ex, UPS and the airlines, it's over there this morning at 6 and it's to my door by 10:30 am" Rick added.
