Maybe you've always dreamed of being an inventor, but never had the laboratory to tap your inner Walter Mitty.   Sci-Tech Discovery Center in Frisco has just opened MakerSpace presented by Raytheon.

"We've designed an area that has intentional equipment and intentional materials to allow people to come into that space and build something that is in their imagination" said Peter Claffey of Sci-Tech Discovery Center.

From windmills for a Putt-Putt golf course to racecars and airplanes, the sky is not even the limit.  MakerSpace is open now but the summer will bring even more adventures and inventions.

"We're going to be adding a 3D printer over the summer, we're going to be adding a laser cutter as well" Peter said.
