SB Loop 12 Shut Down At Northwest Highway After 18-Wheeler Accident

IRVING (CBSDFW.COM) — The city of Irving has issued a traffic alert after an 18-wheeler accident shut down SB Loop 12 at Northwest Highway Sunday evening.
Police said an 18-wheeler caught fire and pulled over under the bridges of Loop 12 near Highway 183.
No other vehicles were involved.
The roads are expected to be clear for Monday morning commuters.
