DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A 14-month-old, who was the subject of an Amber Alert in San Antonio, was found safe in Dallas Saturday morning. Police are still searching for the suspect who took the child.

Police say the suspect who took the child is Fortino Cornejo. Cornejo lost custody of the child Friday.

According to police, a warrant for sexual exploitation of a child was issued for Cornejo after he allegedly sent out a photo that indicated the child may have been sexually assaulted.

Authorities are actively searching for Cornejo after he ran away when he was approached by officers.

The Amber Alert has been discontinued since the child was found safe.
