Romo Fractured Left Clavicle In Sunday's Game

PHILADELPHIA (CBSDFW.COM) — Tony Romo fractured his left clavicle in Sunday's game against the Eagles, according to CBS11 sports anchor Keith Russell, who is in Philadelphia.
This is the same injury he had in 2010. He missed 10 weeks for that injury, Russell reports.
Romo went down early in the third quarter. He then walked to the locker room surrounded by medical personnel and had his left shoulder X-rayed. Russell then said there were unconfirmed reports that Romo left the X-ray room and took off his equipment.
Fox reported Romo could be seen saying ,"It's broken," on the replay of him walking to the locker room, and that he was holding his left arm after leaving the X-ray room.
Romo did confirm the injury after the game with Fox reporter Erin Andrews. "I've had it before. We'll deal with it and move on," Romo said. "I'll be back. It's gonna (sic) take a little bit of time. It's a broken bone; it is what it is. Our team played great tonight. I'm proud we got this win. It's not and easy place to come in and win. We'll hopefully get a few more and we'll get ready to go."
An orthopedic surgeon said Romo could be back in six to eight weeks, according to CBS11 sports anchor Guy Rawlings. His official status for the rest of the season is unknown.
Romo returned to the field on Sunday with his arm in a sling, Russell reported.
Brandon Weeden filled in for Romo, and the Cowboys beat the Eagles 20-10.
