Frisco Residents Cleared To Return Home Following Natural Gas Leak

FRISCO, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Some Frisco residents got the greenlight to return home following a natural gas leak Friday.

City officials stated the line break was initially reported to the Little Elm Fire Department Friday morning at 9:10 a.m., when construction crews in the area were "boring and cut a six-inch gas line."

Residents living in the Grayhawk subdivision were asked to evacuate. The evacuation area was bordered by Eldorado Parkway, Swan Lake Drive, Cardinal Creek Drive and Daimler Drive.

Frisco Fire and HAZMAT joined the response, and CoServ utility crews helped to shut off the gas line.
