PD: Restroom Hidden Camera Suspect Used More Cameras

GRAPEVINE (CBSDFW.COM) - The man who set up a hidden camera in a Grapevine fast food restaurant bathroom, admits he set up more cameras across North Texas, according to police.

CBS 11 obtained the arrest warrant for 64-year-old Andrew Boden, in which the 64-year-old confessed to setting up a hidden camera in the ladies bathroom at Braum's, located at 1300 South Main Street in Grapevine.

Police discovered the camera, disguised as an electrical outlet on Friday, May 23.  Authorities found five videos on the device, one of which showed the suspect setting up the camera.  Police were also able to recover deleted photos of the suspect, which they distributed to the news media.  Several tips immediately poured into the Grapevine Police Department, identifying the suspect as Boden.

Police were able to confiscate a laptop computer from Boden's Irving office, and located Boden living in an Irving hotel.

Boden admitted to setting up the Braum's camera and several other cameras at other locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Police have not released information about the locations of the other cameras.

Boden was arrested and charged with Improper Photography or Video Recording.  He has been released after posting $2,000 bail.
