DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN/AP) - Ex-Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was arrested outside of a Kansas casino last night.

According to media outlet TMZ, 23-year-old Randle was arrested Tuesday night in front of the Kansas Star Casino in Mulvane, KS.

The Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission says Randle was asked to leave the casino after causing some unspecified concerns. Randle left, but returned and got into a scuffle with security.

He was booked on suspicion of criminal threat, assault of a law enforcement officer, battery, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and interference with a law enforcement officer.

The Sumner County attorney's office said Wednesday that no formal charges have been filed, and he remains jailed on a $25,000 bond.

Randle was released by the Dallas Cowboys on November 3.

Despite all of his off-the-field troubles, Randle was given an opportunity to run away with the starting running back job after DeMarco Murray departed to Philadelphia. Randle responded by being someone you just couldn't count on every week.

He was suspended four games by the NFL under the league's personal conduct policy, one week after he was released by Dallas.

The NFL had investigated Randle's 2014 arrest in his hometown of Wichita, Kansas, though police declined to pursue charges against him following a domestic disturbance complaint.

In July, Randle was put on six months probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor theft in a plea deal involving his October  2013 arrest for stealing $123 worth of cologne and underwear from a Texas mall.
