SAN ANTONIO (AP) — A former television reporter in Texas must serve more than three years in federal prison for stalking an ex-boss and the executive's wife.

Gabriel Robert Caggiano of Los Angeles was sentenced Wednesday in San Antonio. The 57-year-old Caggiano in March pleaded guilty to stalking.

Investigators say Caggiano in 2008 was fired from a Corpus Christi TV station for threatening behavior. Prosecutors say Caggiano in 2015 harassed — with voicemail, texts and social media — his former boss and the man's wife, who had since moved to San Antonio.

The ex-journalist was arrested last November. Caggiano, who was sentenced to 41 months in prison, also had been a TV reporter in Austin and San Antonio.
