Prince Fielder To Appear On Cover Of ESPN 'Body Issue'
ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) -- Prince Fielder is one of six athletes who will be featured nude on the cover of ESPN's "Body Issue" which will hit stands on July 11.
"I'm getting to the age where, I'm still in my prime, but I got to be a little smarter about my fitness as well as my nutrition," said Fielder.
Fielder, who is listed at 5-foot-11, 275 pounds on the team's website, was acquired by the Rangers from Detroit prior to the season.
He underwent successful neck surgery in May and will be sidelined for the remainder of the 2014 season.
Dallas-native and U.S. World Cup representative Omar Gonzalez will also appear in the issue.
