ROWLETT (CBSDFW.COM) – The Rowlett Police Department is asking for the public's help locating Genevieve Gilray, 15.

The teen has Asperger Syndrome and was last seen Sunday morning when she left home without her parent's permission.

A review of Gilray's Facebook page indicated she was in contact with a friend the last day she was seen.

Detectives located her friend who said he hasn't heard from her since the social media post.

Gilray has left home before, according to her parents, but not for this amount of time.

Anyone who knows where Gilray is may call 911 or the Rowlett Police Department at 972.412.6200 option 1.
