Denton police: 16-year-old runaway found safe
DENTON (CBSNewsTexas) — A 16-year-old girl who Denton police said ran away from home last month has been found safe.
The teen was initially reported missing June 9 after last being seen at the Cracker Barrel off I-35, where police said she was captured on camera leaving "voluntarily" with a man in her parent's blue Ford Crown Victoria.
She has since been located safe in another state, and her family has been notified.
No other information has been made available due to privacy reasons.
