Police Search For Gunman Who Killed 2 Dallas Teens

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — Dallas police are still searching for the person/persons who fatally shot two men in an attack in an apartment complex parking lot.

Police early Saturday located the victims in a car, in the 1100 block of North Masters. Police say one man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other died at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.

Police had responded to reports of gunfire when they located the victims.

Saturday evening the Dallas County Medical Examiner positively identified the victims as 17-year-old Damontre Deshun Sweeney and 18-year-old Jabri Jones.

No one has been arrested and police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact Dallas police at 214-671-3661 or individuals wanting to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 214-373-TIPS (8477).
