GRAND PRAIRIE (CBSDFW.COM) - Grand Prairie Police are looking for a man they say walked into the Value Plus Pawn shop in the 2900 block of Arkansas Lane, damaged a glass display case and stole five handguns.

"He proceeded to break out the glass display cases that held firearms and then he grabbed five handguns," said Mark Beseda with police.

One of the new photos released on Tuesday, November 1, reveals a distinct tattoo on the left side of the suspect's neck.

The ATF has now joined the investigation and is offering an additional $2,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.

Police said the smash and grab happened around 3:30 p.m. on October 18. The suspect then took off into the Silverbrook Apartment complex.

"We believe this is a serous suspect that we need to take off the streets and we believe he is going to commit crimes with these handguns, or sell them to individuals who will commit crimes," Beseda said.
