Police Need Help Identifying Suspect After Injured Puppy Abandoned At Hulsey Park

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect who abandoned an injured puppy at 1421 Danieldale Road, Hulsey Park, on June 6, 2021.
