FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth police found more than 70 snakes in the home of a deceased man.

Police said they found the man dead in his home, and they believe he died of natural causes.

"He was a nice guy. He always talked to my dad," said neighbor Johana Rodriguez. "I didn't know he had snakes, but I knew he had dogs. He worked at a zoo."

Police found the snakes while they were investigating the man's death.

According to officials, the snakes were non-vemonous and were contained in cages.

Animal control workers were called to remove the snakes from the home.

The man's name has not been released by police.
