DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Blasting through "road closed" signs while riding on shredded tires, Dallas Police believe the driver of a Dodge Magnum was driving erratically  Tuesday due to diabetic shock.

In a video posted online by local truck driver Deon Council, the driver is seen traveling along I-635 near Abrams Road in a closed HOV lane.

"Move car! Here come another one. They're about to hit. Boom!" said Council in the video as he traveled alongside the vehicle.

Eventually, the driver of the Dodge Magnum is driving in the right lane with a smashed windshield.

"Man. Homegirl been hitting everything on the highway man," said Council.

Council said he followed the driver from Abrams for about 15 miles until the driver exited Lake June Road. Somehow, the driver appeared to not hit any other cars.

Police have now handed the case off to traffic accident investigators.

DPD urges drivers who witness similar driving to call 911.
