Police Arrest Man For Stealing Gas
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Fort Worth arrested Marshall Pittsinger, 31, for engaging in organized crime after he tried to steal gas.
It happened Wednesday at Eastside Auto located at 4054 East Lancaster.
Pittsinger was stealing gas from a U-haul, according to the police report, and filling up his Ford truck with it.
Engaging in organized crime is a state jail felony.
