Police: Arlington Homeowner Finds Dead Man In Backyard

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) — Police say they are investigating after a homeowner found a dead man lying in a backyard Saturday morning.
Police responded to the call in the 4800 block of Brady Court around 7:30 a.m. Investigators are trying to determine whether reports of gunshots in the area a few hours earlier may be related to the case, Arlington police said.
Police are asking those in the area to check surveillance systems for video possibly showing a dark-colored SUV followed by two to three passenger sedans between 1 and 4 a.m. Those with information are asked to contact Detective Byron Stewart at 817-459-5691 or report tips anonymously at 817-469-8477.
There is no word yet on the man's identity. Police said the homeowner did not know the man and simply found him in their backyard in the morning.
