Plano Police Seek 'Aggressive' Armed Bank Robbery Suspects

PLANO (CBSDFW.COM) -- The FBI and Plano Police are seeking the public's help in identifying three suspects responsible for a bank robbery in Plano earlier this week.

The robbery occurred on Monday, March 10 at the Bank of America location at 2015 Coit Road in Plano. The three masked men entered the bank, brandished weapons, and demanded cash verbally.

The suspects then fled the location in a waiting vehicle driven by a fourth suspect. The escape vehicle, which was determined to be stolen from the Dallas area, was later found abandoned near the bank.

No one was injured in the incident, though police describe the suspects' actions as "aggressive".

Each of the suspects was covered in dark clothing, including long pants, long shirts, hoodies and full facial masks. They are described as black males in their late 20s or early 30s, standing 5-foot-7 to 6-foot tall. Two of the suspects are said to have a "thin build", while one is "heavyset".

Police say the suspects could be connected to other metroplex robberies.

Bank of America is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Dallas FBI office at (972) 559-5000.
