PLANO (CBSDFW) - Plano police confirmed that the remains discovered in Jack Carter Park belong to Christopher Tennyson, who had been missing since last April.

The Colin County Medica Examiner's Office ruled that there are no signs of foul play but the investigation is on-going.

Plano Police brought a cadaver dog Wednesday morning to search the area for any additional bones or evidence.

Detectives also received help from the Texas Department of Public Safety.  The DPS helicopter allowed police to get an aerial view to document the search area.
