PLANO (CBSDFW.COM) - A small passenger plane landed upside down in a water hazard Monday evening on the golf course at Prestonwood Country Club.

The pilot, who's a flight instructor, wasn't injured. He reported engine problems while inbound to Addison Airport.

Emergency responders were able to see a part of the Light Piper Sport plane's tail protruding from the pond.

The FAA is investigating the cause of the emergency landing.

This is a developing story.
