CONROE (AP) - Minnesota Vikings star Adrian Peterson is set to return in court in his felony child abuse case.

Likely to be discussed at Tuesday's hearing in Conroe is a prosecution motion to revoke Peterson's $15,000 bond for alleged marijuana use.

The Oct. 9 motion had been on hold until a separate prosecution request to remove the judge handling the case could be heard. A visiting judge denied that request late last month.

Peterson faces up to two years in prison if convicted of injury to a child.

Peterson was indicted in September for using a wooden switch to discipline his 4-year-old son earlier this year in suburban Houston. The All-Pro running back has said he never intended to harm his son.
