PD Needs Help Identifying & Locating Armed Robbers

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Arlington are asking for help from the public identifying two men who robbed a mobile phone store on Tuesday, March 8.

It was just around 8:00 p.m. when an emergency call reported a possible armed robbery in progress in the 4200 block of W. Green Oaks Boulevard. Before officers could get to the scene, an employee at the store called 911 and said individuals at the store had just been robbed by two men with guns.

Witnesses said there were at least two men, both with guns, who came into the store and stole several items. The robbers also demanded and took some personal items from store employees.

During the robbery employees were first ordered onto the floor, but were later taken to a back room. One person received minor injuries after being pushed by one of the suspects.

The first suspect is described as a black male standing between 5'11"  and 6'0" tall. The man, believed to be in his late 20's or early 30's, had a medium build, and at the time of the robbery was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, black shoes, and purple medical gloves.

The second suspect is a black male standing between 5'07" and 5'09" tall. This man, who is also believed to be in his late 20's or early 30's, has a thin build, and at the time of the crime was wearing black Nike sweatpants, a black hooded sweatshirt, dark shoes, and purple medical gloves.

Anyone with information about the robbery or the wanted suspects is asked to call Arlington police at 817-459-5301. Tips can also be given anonymously by contacting Tarrant County Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS.
