Pastor Suspects Children Set Church On Fire

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas fire rescue is investigating a possible case of arson at Casa  Emanu-El United Methodist Church.

The blaze was sparked outside the pastor's office at the church on Ferguson Road over the weekend.

Reverand Dr. Javier Escolera said he thinks children he ran off the property last week may have started the fire.

Rev. Escolera said they were hanging out on church property after skipping school.
