Pair Indicted For Murder Of Frisco Man

FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) - Two men have been indicted for August 2015 the murder of 36-year-old Juan Rodriquez.

33-year-old Timothy Pfeiffer was arrested on August 3 for Rodriquez's murder on August 1. His arrest led to the arrest of 31-year-old Anthony Murphy, of The Colony.

Murphy was linked to the murder through the use of a stolen credit card and cell phone, both of which belonged to the victim.

Pfeiffer and Murphy were both charged with Capital Murder and true-billed by a Collin County Grand Jury on October 27th.

Both men are being held in the Collin County Jail on bond (Pfeiffer -$200,000, Murphy-$50,000).

This case is still an ongoing investigation.
