FORT WORTH (CBSDFW) - Westbound I-30 in Fort Worth is open again after a deadly crash shut it down early Monday morning.

According to police, the accident happened about 1:30am near the Oakland Blvd exit in east Fort Worth.

Matt Zavahdsky with Medstar says there were three people involved in the accident.

A second woman was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

Officials say the car the women were in hit a minivan, but the driver of that van was not terribly injured.

No word yet on what led up to the crash.
