One Killed, Three Wounded After Cabaret Gun Battle

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A gun battle outside a Fort Worth cabaret left one person dead and three others wounded early Thursday morning.

Police said it began around 1:45 a.m. with a fight inside the Corsets Cabaret on Camp Bowie West Boulevard, near Cherry Lane.

The argument spilled into the parking lot and "multiple shots were exchanged," police said.

The victims include a man, who died on scene, along with a woman and two other men, who were sent to local hospitals.

One of the victims, a man shot several times, was in serious condition, according to MedStar Ambulance Service.  The female victim was shot in the leg and was in good condition.

After the shooting, police said another man went to a local hospital emergency room claiming that he too had been shot at the club. His condition is not known.

Fort Worth homicide detectives were called to the adult club and are investigating.

The names of the deceased and injured have not been released.
